The act of tendering applicable golf cart fees is considered an opt-in by you and the other members of your group to our Golf Cart Terms of Use Agreement.
You hereby understand and consent to the following terms:
Anyone who operates one of our golf carts MUST be at least 16 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license
Golf carts must remain within golf course property at all times.
Golf carts must be operated in a safe manner at all times
Two-passenger golf carts must have no more than two passengers at any time, and those passengers must be seated while the cart is in motion
It’s the operator’s responsibility to collect and remove their belongings from the cart. Heritage Golf Links is not responsible for any items that are left behind and unable to be recovered
The golf cart operator is responsible for paying for any and all damages caused to the cart, or to the golf course by the cart, while the cart is being rented by said operator. The rental period starts from when the operator pays their golf fees, and ends when the cart is returned to the pro shop.
